These launch terms explain the local-first PWA, optional account services, and the boundaries of the product. They are a plain-language starting point for legal review before production billing.

What the service is

Nudges Work is a task-initiation and focus tool. The product helps you choose a next step and return after a pause. It is not a medical device, therapist, emergency service, or substitute for professional care.

Local use and availability

The free local loop works without an account. Device storage, browser support, and permission settings affect local persistence and reminders. We do not promise that browser notifications will run in the background or reach every device. Keep your own backup of anything important.

Accounts and optional sync

You are responsible for the email address used to request a magic link and for the devices where you use the service. Optional sync may be unavailable during maintenance or network interruption. A local task action must not be blocked by sync, but records can take time to appear on another device.

Pricing and cancellation

The launch free tier includes unlimited local tasks and the full core loop: capture, recommendation, focus, recovery, reset, and all four interfaces. The optional paid plan is $5.99 per month or $49 per year. There is no lifetime option at launch. Final taxes, payment-provider terms, renewal notices, refunds, and account deletion mechanics will be shown before a charge.

Launch scope and claims

There is no calendar connection at launch. React Native mobile versions are a future development path, not a current availability promise. Any network-assisted breakdown or future integration is labeled in the product and can be unavailable. We make no guarantee of productivity, health, or clinical outcomes.

Respectful use

Do not use the service to store unlawful content, impersonate another person, probe the service, or interfere with another user's data. We may limit access to protect users and the service, with a clear explanation where practical.

We will date material changes and provide a way to review them. Questions about these launch terms belong with the service owner before a production account or paid plan is enabled.
